More than 40 years in Dusseldorf
Galerie Gierhards offers its customers and interested parties a large selection of exquisite, exclusive art objects. She has been present at the TEFAF in Maastricht for 25 years and recently celebrated her anniversary. Also in the purchase we are always a good address.
Our gallery in the heart of Dusseldorf
In 1977 Erwin Gierhards founded a gallery focusing on important furniture and art objects of the 18th century, which he established in 1978 on the Bilkerstraße in Düsseldorf.
Art Procurement & loans
We are always interested in buying important art objects. We are also happy to help our customers and interested parties to convey their works of art in a public or private collection.
Catalog
Our Camille Fauré catalog in the first edition tells the story of Camille Fauré on 103 pages and shows rare masterpieces of his art with 75 photographs. For a fee of 15 €, the catalog can be purchased from us.
Collection piece for the Musée de la Ville d’Eaux in Spa
We are proud to have sold another collection piece to a museum. The Musée de la Ville d’Eaux in Spa acquired our fine lacquer cabinet Spa, around 1700 – 1720.
