Date: Italy around 1840 – 1850

The gadrooned oval marbre jaune tazza, tapering to the center of the dish. The centered knob is decorated with leaf ornaments. On the side two mask handles representing bacchant heads surrounded by vine leaves. The stepped rectangular marbre verte pedestal framed with rosso antico marbre.
 
Boschetti exhibited two mosaic tables at the Great Exhibition in the Crystal Palace in 1851.
